You know I really don't like your colour scheme for regulation/OT/SO. Red is so strongly associated with debt, that every time I see a red bar, my first instinct is to count it as a loss, regardless of whether it's above or below the axis.
I think shades of grey would be more appropriate: dark grey for regulation, medium-light grey for OT, very-light grey for SO. At least to me, this would convey the "feebleness" of OT/SO results correctly.
If you insist on colour: shades of green for profits, and shades of red for losses. (Though Tufte would object this serves no purpose.)
